Summary of the Role:

The IT Technician plays an essential role in maintaining operational tasks such as ordering, installing, configuring and deploying our client servers. The IT Technician brings an understanding of Linux based systems, systems admin tasks, Windows OS and ESXi virtualisation.  As a growing business, we need people that can adapt and evolve to the needs of our business, optimize processes for deploiement which drive quality and efficiency and improve client satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Order and maintain asset management inventory for servers;
  • Install, configure and deploy physical and virtual servers;
  • Expedition and tracking of equipment;
  • Ensure incident response and management protocols and process are consistently followed;
  • Administration, troubleshooting and maintenance of servers, desktop and laptop infrastructure;

Qualifications Required:

  • IT diploma at college level or higher, or an equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience/certifications
  • 1-2 years Linux server installation and configuration experience (RHEL, CentOS);
  • Knowledge in Windows Server, Windows 10 and Office 365.
  • Knowledge of virtualized environments such as VMware vSphere;
  • Hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience;
  • Time management skills with the ability to be self-directed and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Summary of the Role: 

As part of the Human Resources team, the Human Resource IT Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for attracting the best talent and developing best practices for the recruitment process while developing a pipeline of candidates and maintaining a network of potentially available talent to sustain the growth of the organization. Understand the business needs behind each recruiting project by working with the line Managers to define the requirements and by championing the process until completion in the most timely and effective way possible.

You will also assist in company branding strategies that will help our recruitment efforts; attending career fairs, looking for sponsorship opportunities, etc. You will also help out with other day to day HR related tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment cycle, job posting process by ensuring an updated job description is drafted in both French and English
  • Manage Recruiter LinkedIn account and any other Recruitment tool: post job openings and conduct passive searches and conduct preliminary review of all applications received.
  • Coordinate/manage postings on Company Careers Site.

Directeur, Services Professionnels (Version anglaise seulement)

The Director, Professional Services, reporting to the CRCO will work with leadership to establish a clear strategy for Hitachi Systems Security advisory services to align with the Company’s overall growth strategy.  The jobholder ha the unique opportunity to shape the future of HISYS-SEC’s Professional Services department. The Director will focus on establishing our standards, processes and pricing for existing and future customer engagements, as well as conduct some strategic projects.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Reporting to the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer, the Director of Professional Services is responsible for directing and managing the delivery of consulting and professional services to Hitachi Systems Security’s global client base.
  • The Director leads and manages a geographically distributed team of information security consultants and sub-contractors who deliver advisory, architecture, planning, assessment and technical verification consulting services.
  • The Director is responsible for the ongoing engagement and development of a high performing team of professionals by fostering an environment of continuous learning, collaboration, and professional development.
  • Working with internal stakeholders, the Director is accountable for capacity management of Hitachi Systems Security’s Professional Services organization.
  • The Director monitors resource utilization and responds to demands for services by developing and executing strategies that ensure the availability of skilled resources to deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • With input from internal and external stakeholders, the Director identifies opportunities for improvement and develops strategies to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of service delivery activities.
  • In a customer-facing role, the Director may also provide oversight, delivery leadership, and quality assurance of deliverables for strategic projects involving Professional Services.

Qualifications Required:

  • 15 + years of progressive leadership roles in a variety of industry verticals (Director of Information Security, CISO).
  • Relevant industry certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, etc.).
  • Experience in identifying industry trends and applying this intelligence to developing information security service offerings.
  • 5 + years of consulting experience identifying opportunities where information security initiatives or programs can enable a client’s business objectives.

Spécialiste Opérations Cloud (Version anglaise seulement)

As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible to implement and manage AWS and Azure Cloud services to ensure security compliance and high availability.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Participate in system, network and security design with DevOps team

Summary of the Role:

This role revolves around ensuring Hitachi Systems Security (“HISYS-SEC”) compliance with policies and procedures adopted internally and by its parent company. This includes performing training, audits, conducting third party due diligence as well as developing screening and reporting mechanisms. Export control matters must be followed, documented and implemented alongside other compliance requirements as the case may be. As a compliance manager, this employee reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Draft organizational policies and procedures in accordance with industry best practices
  • Develop training for all employees on policies and procedures
  • Develop governance practices and maintain corporate and regulatory registrations and filings
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal members of the organization; as well as understand the needs of external parties (affiliates, parent company, etc.)
  • Perform internal and external audits
  • Implement parent company’s compliance requirements
  • Design and monitor control systems to address violations of policies and procedures
  • Report risks to affected departments during compliance reviews
  • Supervise and manage employees’ part of the compliance department

Développeur DevOps

Sommaire:

Le rôle du développeur DevOps est de travailler en collaboration avec le service du génie logiciel pour déployer et exploiter nos systèmes. Il devra aider à automatiser et à rationnaliser nos opérations et nos processus. Créer et entretenir des outils pour le déploiement, la surveillance et l’exploitation.

Son rôle inclura également d’élaborer une solution technique répondant aux exigences définies dans les spécifications des logiciels et de mettre en œuvre cette solution conformément aux meilleures pratiques reconnues dans le domaine du génie logiciel. Il devra participer à des examens/inspections, au débogage et à l’entretien des systèmes en place. Et enfin, le mandat du développeur DevOps pourra également inclure d’aider à résoudre des problèmes complexes pour lesquels il devra être capable de proposer des estimés réalistes ou même parfois des solutions créatives.

Responsabilités-clés

  • Classer les problèmes par priorité et les traiter de manière appropriée
  • Diagnostiquer des problèmes de sondes (réseaux, pare-feux, services ou matériel)
  • Procéder à des suivis après que le problème a été résolu
  • S’assurer que nos services et nos serveurs de production sont alignés avec la solution proposée (Sondes, PostgreSQL, serveurs de base de données, Apache, JBOSS)
  • Examiner la conception des architectures logicielles et le code afin de proposer des améliorations
  • S’assure d’une connaissance solide et à jour de l’infrastructure de la plateforme et toutes ses composantes

Qualifications requises

  • Diplôme universitaire/CEGEP en sciences informatiques ou équivalent
  • 2 – 7 ans d’expérience pertinente dans le DevOps
  • Excellente connaissance des systèmes d’exploitation Linux (RHEL, CentOS)
  • Connaissances des langages de programmation utilisés (C, Python, PHP, JavaScript etc.)
  • Connaissance des outils d’automatisation (Chef, Ansible, Puppet)
  • Expérience avec les outils CI / CD

Le rôle de l’analyste en sécurité de l’information est d’analyser des alertes générées par nos systèmes de détections d’intrusion installés sur les réseaux de clients à travers le monde. Lorsque nécessaire, l’analyste devra intervenir pour contrer des attaques en respectant les processus d’intervention établis avec les clients. L’analyste est aussi responsable de produire des rapports d’analyse sur une base mensuelle pour les clients et assurer un rendement optimal des réseaux clients d’un point de vue de la sécurité de l’information
