September 10, 2015 – Montreal, Canada and Mexico City, Mexico – Hitachi Systems Security, a Canadian-based global IT security service provider, will host an official signing event to celebrate the creation of Hitachi Systems Security Mexico. The event will be held on Thursday, September 10th, 2015 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Embassy of Canada to Mexico.
Hitachi Systems Security Mexico is a joint project by Hitachi Systems Security Inc. and Arame, a Mexican Company part of Grupo SCANDA, with Hitachi Systems Security being the majority shareholder. The newly formed entity will continue to service Hitachi Systems Security’s customers and partners and add new proximity services to Hitachi Systems Security’s current offering in Mexico. The recently inaugurated Security Operations Center in Mexico City will also address long-term data mobility requirements of some of our customers and any future regulations to that effect, giving Hitachi Systems Security a distinctive advantage in the Mexican marketplace.
“Hitachi Systems Security is a proud Canadian company that has established its well-respected business culture and strong brand throughout its global footprint in over 40 countries. In 2008, Hitachi Systems Security was first introduced to Grupo SCANDA by this very Embassy and despite the obvious cultural differences between Hitachi Systems Security and Arame, we have come to appreciate that we share the same business morals, ethics and focus on integrity that have made both companies successful”, says Ray Georges Chehata, president and CEO of Hitachi Systems Security. “Once again, we have leveraged Canadian Embassies throughout the world as a platform for international business development. We are honored to be able to collaborate with the Canadian Embassy in Mexico to help promote the exchange between our two countries and strengthen our existing relations within the Mexican business community.”
“We are excited to formalize the creation of Hitachi Systems Security Mexico with an official signing event and look forward to helping Mexican businesses manage their risks and strengthen their security posture”, adds Luis Adrián Gómez, CEO of Arame.
Since expanding its global reach and delivering its services to a truly international client base, Hitachi Systems Security has built a strong network of business alliances in multiple regions of the world. Through this newly formed joint venture with Arame, Hitachi Systems Security will greatly enhance its ability to serve its customers in Mexico and the Latin American market.
