Sales Operations Coordinator

Summary

Reporting to the Senior Vice President Sales, the Sales Operations Manager’s primary focus will be to improve sales productivity and effectiveness. In this position, you will be responsible for management, administration and implementation of various systems/processes that support Hitachi System Security’s sales team. The role responsibilities may include, but are not be limited to, sales reporting, processes and metrics, KPI tracking, pipeline management, RFP response management, lead tracking and analysis, territory management, general sales planning and operational activities. This role will also  enable the sales leadership team to make data-driven decisions by providing timely reports and analysis.

Director, Project Management Office (PMO)

Summary

The Director, Project Management Office is responsible for advancing the discipline of project management practices within the delivery of services to Hitachi Systems Security clients. Primarily focused on delivery of Professional Services projects and Managed Security Services onboarding projects, The Director of the Project Management Office manages the Project Managers, who work directly with the consultants and specialists to manage the success of each of the projects.

The Director is responsible for ensuring the project management team is delivering projects consistently, and to a high standard. This includes developing and adapting the organization’s project management methodology based on PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) principles, defining standards and best practices for management of projects within the organization’s toolsets (such as ERP software), and working with the Director of Professional services to identify and advance knowledge practices to create new delivery artifacts, methods and templates.

The Director approves timesheets and expenses for their staff, and performs day-to-day operations. The Director is responsible for maintaining a high level of employee team satisfaction through proper resource allocation, ensuring the project management team is empowered to make appropriate decisions, providing proper training and mentorship, and being an escalation point for resolving issues.

Linux System Administrator

Summary

The Linux System Administrator’s role is to maintain and support Hitachi System Security’s application platform (based on Linux) to efficiently and effectively fulfill business objectives. This includes troubleshooting of the application and participation in reviews / inspections, debugging and maintenance of systems in production. Finally, the Linux System Administrator mandates are often linked to complex problems for which he must be able to propose realistic estimates and sometimes creative solutions to overcome challenges.

Technical Support Specialist (Montreal (Blainville), Canada)

Summary

The Technical Support Specialist’s role is to ensure proper application and computer equipment operations so that end users can accomplish tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving requests.

Information Security Consultant (PCI Focus)

Summary

As part of the Professional Services team, the Information Security Consultant plans, organizes, and conducts information security consulting assignments with our customers. The Information Security Consultant assists clients with the development of Information Security strategies, policies, and architectures; performs assessment of the client organization’s information security posture, including processes, policies, and technical assessment; and provides general information security advice and guidance. Responsibilities include collaboration with other Hitachi Systems Security staff to share knowledge and practices, to improve organizational practices.

Sales Engineer

Summary

The Sales Engineer is responsible for supporting the needs of the Hitachi Systems Security Sales Team. The incumbent in this role will manage the technical aspects of the sales projects as well as relationships with customers, and bring critical customer requirements into the development, production, and marketing processes within our organization.

Information Security Account Executive

Summary

Reporting to the Country Manager-USA, the Information Security Account Executive is responsible for growing the market for Hitachi Systems Security’s Consulting and Managed Security Services in the US.

Information Security Consultant (Technical Security Testing)

Summary

As part of the Professional Services team, the Information Security Consultant plans, organizes, and conducts information security consulting assignments with our customers. The Information Security Consultant assists clients with the development of Information Security strategies, policies, and architectures; performs assessment of the client organization’s information security posture, including processes, policies, and technical assessment; and provides general information security advice and guidance. Responsibilities include collaboration with other Hitachi Systems Security staff to share knowledge and practices, to improve organizational practices.

Incident Response Manager

Summary

Please Note: Candidate must be legally able to work in the USA.

The Incident Response Manager will provide the highest level of professional services in information security, incident response and computer forensic expertise for Hitachi Systems Security clients. In your role, you will be performing highly technical duties including system analysis, malware analysis, indicator extraction, signature development, log review and network traffic analysis. Reporting will include debriefing of incidents and both tactical and strategic mitigations; therefore, extensive practical defensive security knowledge is required. You will be expected to analyze forensic data, determine root cause and develop a timeline for IR activities, articulating findings in technical detail as well as at an executive summary level, thus assisting clients in the mitigation and resolution of security incidents and working with the client to achieve an overall superior security posture. You will apply formal and structured methodologies to provide clients with a consistent level of quality that reflects the knowledge and experience of Hitachi Systems Security. The Incident Response Manager will be expected to develop and present accurate and timely deliverables to clients outlining appropriate technical solutions, remedial steps, and accurate conclusions. Conduct incident response analysis for external and internal compromises. Work with the SOC analysts, leading the communication and escalation efforts. Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of incident response policies and programs in use. Incident Response Managers are required to work in a 24×7 on-call. Responsible for the Incident post-mortem report for all High severity incidents.

IT Security Analyst

The role of the information security analyst is to analyze alerts generated by intrusion detection systems, which are deployed on client networks worldwide. When necessary, the analyst will be required to counter attacks by intervening in a manner that is in accordance with the intervention process established with clients. The analyst is also responsible for producing analysis reports on a monthly basis for clients and ensuring the optimum performance of client networks from an information security’s perspective.
